For over 27 years, I’ve been inside businesses — building them from scratch, managing teams, opening locations, and making high-stakes decisions under pressure.
My background is grounded in business operations and leadership, supported by formal study in psychology, and shaped by real responsibility — growth, breakdowns, restructures, and transitions.
I’ve lived and built businesses across Montreal, Paris, and Los Angeles, leading teams on the ground — not remotely.
My work has spanned businesses and teams across Montreal, Quebec, Paris, Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Dallas, and international trade shows in Las Vegas, California, New York, Chicago, and Europe.Only in the last five years did my work shift into private advisory and consulting — after decades of lived experience running, scaling, and stabilizing businesses.I now work with founders, executives, and leaders at pivotal moments — when growth is possible, but something underneath isn’t fully aligned.
