  4. Take Action: Identify which goals you can start working on right now, and make small steps to begin.
  5. Create a Timeline: For other goals, set a realistic timeframe—how many weeks or months will it take? Plan your steps.
  6. Address Past Hurt: Write down who has hurt you in the past or made you feel inadequate.
  7. Reflect on Growth: Ask yourself if the “new you” feels enough today. Reflect on how you’ve grown.
  8. Explore Additional Reasons: List other possible reasons that contribute to feeling this way.
  9. Recognize Boundaries: Understand that if you’re “not enough” for certain people, perhaps they aren’t meant to be in your life.
