  1. The most important step is to DELETE THE VICTIM MENTALITY.
  2. Instead of thinking, 'Why is this happening to me?' shift your mindset to 'This is happening FOR ME, to learn, to wake up to my potential, and to do better tomorrow.'
  3. This mindset shift will make you not only happy but also vibrant and excited about even the smallest things happening in your life.
  4. Make a list of things you've been complaining about for a long time.
  5. Go through that list as if you're watching over your own shoulder. Reflect on whether you learned something from each situation. For example, did you learn not to trust just anyone until they've earned it?
  6. Make a list of things you are grateful for. Practice gratitude every day and thank God or the Universe for all that you have.
  7. Evaluate your current level of unhappiness.
  8. Set a time frame for trying to resolve these issues on your own, and also decide when you might seek guidance from a Mindset Coach to help you find direction.
  9. Remember, progress shouldn't be a short-term goal—it should be a lifetime commitment.
